For the past two years I've been working as an author on SafeWise.com, writing detailed product reviews and how-to articles about everything from home security systems to teen cyber safety to credit card fraud prevention. During 2018 I was contracted to write marketing copy for a private New York City art tours company, ArtSmart. From 2012-2014 I wrote two pieces bimonthly (one humorous, one on parenting) for a local lifestyle magazine, Reaching New Heights. I've also had guest posts featured on the popular blogs Money-Saving Mom and Power of Moms, and had several press releases published in local newspapers.
While my writing skills have been primarily employed in the security sector in recent years, my experience crafting thorough reviews for security products and electronics can easily translate to other consumer products. I also enjoy writing about parenting and personal finance.
No matter what I'm writing, when I research products, services, and topics, I dig deep and I look for the angles the fly-by-night writers have missed so I can deliver a completely original product to my clients. I also have a knack for organizing information and making complicated topics easy for the average Joe to understand. I pride myself on my ability to take on whatever tone my clients need, whether it's gracious and elegant, personable and humorous, or heartfelt and sincere.
