Hello! My name is Kristen and I'm a nurse who loves to write! I graduated from Saint Louis University with my Masters of Science in Nursing in 2013. My full time position is in a level IV newborn intensive care unit; I also assist with general anesthesia in dental offices. Since graduating with my Masters in nursing, I have performed extensive freelance work for Elsevier textbook publishing company. This has included reviewing textbook chapters for currency and accuracy, editing and updating NCLEX-style exam review questions, creating my own NCLEX-style exam review questions, and writing learning objectives to which future questions will be mapped.
In May of 2017, I expanded my freelance repertoire to include article writing. I've written a myriad of articles about the nursing profession, healthcare, and medicine. Additionally, I've created educational content for patients on their physicians' websites.
