I have worked in elder care with a strong emphasis on dementia care since 1998. I've worked in skilled nursing homes, memory care and private homes in a variety of roles including frontline caregiver, medication administration, activity therapy, staff educator, medical and social care coordinator and administrator of a memory care community.
