I'm a Principal Product Designer working in a startup incubator. I lead the User Experience for a SaaS application that uses the latest advances in Expert Graph, Deep Learning, and NLP technology. My goal is to deliver Human-Centered Machine Learning in this product.

My background covers both Lean (build-measure-learn principals) and UX consulting for large enterprise systems. I thrive in delivering end to end product design and turning complex user problems into iterative design solutions. My process is rooted in various Design Thinking methods to deliver constant innovation.

Insurance client was needed to create custom skinned onboarding flows when a new service was sold. The onboarding flow would need to accomodate custom color and logo integrations and get the user through the process using an existing workflow. I had to design the app within the exisiting workflow and was limited with removing steps. Using a design system to apply the redesign and update the onboarding flow enabled a consistent user experience.

Healthcare client was having issues communicating internally to their hospital employees. The existing intranet was outdated and unused. I was brought in to lead a sprint zero – user research and backlog session to uncover the main issues and create the roadmap for a new design. The research helped surface the main areas to highlight in the new intranet and key features allowed users to customize the most important content they valued.

Marketing client wanted to redesign their existing newsletter and update the code inside their CRM system with a responsive design. I created a new design that would integrate with their CRM system and created a few templates for review. The deliverable included the coded template inside the CRM and testing over different mail clients using litmus and personal devices.
