Laura Williams has a Master's Degree in Exercise Science and is a Certified Exercise Physiologist through the American College of Sports Medicine. She's been writing and editing fitness content for major online publications including Men's Journal, SheKnows, Thrillist, Verywell, Onnit, and Bodybuilding.com for more than seven years. She's also the author of the book, "Partner Workouts" published by DK Books.

Prior to working as a freelance writer, Laura spent six years as a gym and recreation center manager, managing teams of up to 140 employees.
