Mr. Spiegler is a branding and communications expert specializing in brand development, the production of branded content, and marketing strategy in traditional and emerging media. He’s also trained in inter-organizational dynamics and has produced several documentaries.

Lio has built desirable brands for fortune 500 companies and boutique businesses alike. His ability to take in the entire business ecosystem means that his work touches on all aspects of the operation—from the manufacturing line to sales and customer care and from corporate culture to brand management. He has extensive background in print, radio, and TV advertising from his years as senior copywriter with TBWA in Israel, and a deep understanding of international mass and luxury markets nurtured during his role as Vice President of Creative Strategy at ink&co in New York. He was one of the creative forces behind six seasons of branding the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week in NY, LA, and Miami, and he isn’t ashamed to admit he was also behind the successful rebranding of Mattel’s Barbie Collector.

As brand strategist, Lio conceived and helped deliver the nationwide ‘Project Confidence’ with Queen Latifah for Curvation Intimates which garnered VF Intimates $30MM in profits with a $1.5MM investment. His clients include successful startups Clickable, Skip*Hop, Phytel, M cushion and Social Code; seasoned industry veterans IBM Watson Health, OnSSI, and the good old Dish Games. He has written for ESPN International, Channel 2, Sport 5 and Channel 10 in Israel, Shop Japan in Japan, and DogTV in the U.S.

Owing to his cross-cultural experience and keen eye for the integration of business with community and design, Mr. Spiegler is routinely invited to consult with companies who are in the process of crossing (all sorts of) borders or breaking into, or out of, the American market. In recent years, Lio has turned his attention to the implementation of brand values throughout the organization using psychology, network science and the Circle Method.

He is the producer of several successful media project including Crossroads: Labor Pains of a New World View (over 1 million organic views). He lives and bikes in Brooklyn with his wife and 1 year old son.
