Liz Jones

Liz has been in the fitness industry for over nine years. She received her degree in Health Science from Brigham Young University in 2007. In addition to being a personal trainer, she is also a certified Yoga, Pilates, Cycling, Zumba, TurboKick, Fit4Mom Stroller Barre, Fit4Mom Stroller Strides, Fit4Mom Body Back and Group Fitness Instructor. Liz has worked in many different facets of the fitness field and her clientele ranges from young adults, to prenatal and postnatal moms, to athletes. Along with teaching group fitness classes and personal training, she has worked in the corporate wellness field as a Wellness Director. Liz has her own fitness company, POJO Fitness (pojofitness.com) where she offers online virtual personal training, creates custom workouts, provides nutritional analysis, produced her own pilates dvd and has a fitness and nutrition blog.
