My writing career began in 1991 with the publication of The Chic Shopper's Guide to Paris (St. Martin's Press). I lived in France eleven years and have since authored a total of four guidebooks on France and one travel memoir. I switched gears fifteen years ago and moved to Colorado where I enjoy telling tales about the great American West. I've been a ski instructor for the past thirteen years, which gives me an interesting perspective on the ski industry and adventure travel in general. Voilà!
