After 19 years as a senior secondary English educator, I spent time working as a Policy Adviser in the Parliament of South Australia, where my role involved writing press releases, speeches, articles, submissions and policy documents, as well as social media and website management. For the past four years I have also acted as a freelance writer and arts journalists, which became my full time role mid-2018. At this time I also branched out into publicity work. I currently have a number of regular copywriting and publicity clients. Specialising in content for law, finance and education, I write in a range of areas including politics, retail, construction, small business, music, the arts, technology, tourism and insurance.
