I live in a small village in Northern Ireland and have done for nearly 14 years now. Plenty of time to get used to the repetitive nature of local politics, bashing of women, and erasure of people with mental health issues.

In the last few years, I decided I was tired of being ignored - I was going to put myself firmly in the path of the people who most want me to be quiet. And here I am.
