Our tale about fostering a very sweet dog.
All about my CPAP journey!
Any special needs parent can tell you the frustration of having a kid who has sensory issues and trying to get them dressed daily. It doesn’t fit. It’s uncomfortable. It’s scratchy. I don’t like it.
Most people that know me are aware that I suffer from hearing loss. It’s not something I think about too often and it doesn’t outwardly affect my daily life. Not because the hearing loss isn’t severe, it is actually. But mostly because I have learned to live with it quite successfully. It’s amazing how we learn to adapt to our circumstances!
Meet Tish here pictured to the left. She is one of the three tiny, furry overlords who pretty much run the place in my house. She has been training me for the past six years on how to be the best human to care for her possible. She would tell you I am not perfect, but not in so many words, more like hisses. That said, she also gives lots of encouragement in the form of kisses and purrs when she is pleased.
