Words ooze from my fingers. They are always attached either to a pen or to my computer keyboard. A prolific writer of many years, I finally decided to share my ideas online.
My interests vary from muscle building, music business, music publishing, health and wellness, alternative health, religion, academic writing to child development. I've written about it all and even published a few e-books on topics of interest.
Sometimes I wonder how I find the time. I'm amazed when I look back at my paper trail but aim for excellence.
