He worked in Save the Children International, Embassy of the Republic of Korea, Austraining International & Action for Enterprise. He went for his 2nd Master in Development Management (ADB Scholarship @ AIM in Manila). He holds an MBA & BBA both form Dhaka University; also completed a PGDHRM from ABP-UK. He has 12 years’ experience of advocating, communicating, designing, managing, monitoring & implementing Governance, Humanitarian, Child Rights, CSR, Climate Change, DRR, Education, Emergency Response, Livelihoods, Enterprise & Market Development, OHS, Youth Empowerment, Human Rights, Human Resources, Volunteers’ Management, SDGs & Sustainability etc. He is a Speaker, University Guest Lecturer, Leadership & Management Development Advisor plus Dedicated Human Rights Advocate. Became Champion @first “International Conference on CSR & Sustainable Development Series @Bangkok in 2013. Presented numerous papers in INT events in many countries. Represented Bangladesh with flag several times notably in World Human Rights Summit in Brussels, Asian Youth for Human Rights INT Summit in Taiwan, South Asian Youth Conference in Nepal. He attended a summer course "Human Rights 4 Development" (VLIRUOS scholarship) @ Ghent University in Belgium. Received leadership training from France, Germany, Malaysia, Luxembourg, Netherlands &Taiwan over the years. A Commonwealth Certified “Entrepreneurship Development Trainer.” Mostafij authored 3 books i.e. CORPORATE CHUCKLES, CRICKET MANIA & UNSTOPPABLE WINDS OF CHANGE. Has 300+ published articles in the Daily Star, The Independent, Dhaka Tribune including some INT magazines & websites.
