I help businesses and Entrepreneurs in the health and wellness field see results with interesting, informative, and entertaining content that will engage readers, increase traffic and ultimately boost sales. I also use my gift of speaking to inspire and motivate people to achieve the greatness that lies within them through the combination of physical, emotional, spiritual and mental health and wellness.

I’m also the co-founder of Sexy Moms Rock, a movement to encourage, empower, and educate women and moms into their full potential and help them to walk in their purpose by celebrating the strength, love, and passion of women and moms and embracing all aspects of who she is.
I’m an Ashford University alumni with a degree in Holistic & Alternative Medicine, a certified Naturopath, certified Yoga Instructor, and certified educator in Autism Awareness and Special Education Needs.
Among these accomplishments, the most important of these is being a mom to my 3 amazing children.
