I am a Mass Communications professional with content graphics animation skills holding certificates in - Using Social Media to Transform Society, Digital Storytelling, Citizen Journalism and Community Entrepreneurship, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication. I have profound experience in project management, writing press release, proposals, communication strategies, implementation plans, organization work-plans and activity calendars, mobilization, content creation, graphics designing, video and audio production, info-graphics, animations, website management, basic IT skills, and data maintenance.
Through leading the documentation, promotion, and communication team during the Sparked Women DREAMS Innovation Challenge, developing social media content for National Secretariat for Patriotism Corps (NSPC), producing videos for Sawa World, Dream Africa Schools, British Council, and Healthy Entrepreneurs, taking photos and writing blogs for Aidsfonds, mentoring and coaching internship students from both national universities like Makerere University, institutions like United Media Consultant And Trainers (UMCAT), and international students like from the University of British Columbia. I’ve learned to work well with both small and large teams to build coherent and fully-integral programs that have been vital to a company’s success.
