Lionel is a graphic designer, photographer, motion graphics animator and copywriter at Bergast House, a leading digital advertising agency in Zimbabwe. He is an alumnus of Chinhoyi University Technology where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Honours) Degree in Creative Art and Design. He has been working in the Zimbabwean advertising industry since 2011.
Lionel has done work for companies in Zimbabwe such as the Zimbabwe Agricultural Society, Econet Wireless, Nedbank Zimbabwe and Zuva Petroleum. He has also worked with international clients such as Microsoft, the Swedish Embassy (Harare) as well the African Economic Research Consortium.
Lionel is also a Global Shaper with the Harare Hub. Through the Harare Hub, he volunteers his services as a brand designer and photographer. The Harare Hub is also his outlet for his passion for combating Climate Change and Environmental Degradation in Zimbabwe. He is the Project Lead for the Climate Action Project, an initiative that seeks to help Zimbabwe become a carbon neutral country by 2029 through raising awareness, afforestation and policy engagement.
