Brigetta Margarietta​ Gruzdis

There are four currents that flow through most of my life: 1) Being a Caregiver, a healer, and the introspective seeker on a healing journey; 2) Being a Writer of other people's thoughts and ideas, an author of my own ideas, and a content creator which is a merging of the two; 3) Being an Artist of acrylic and mixed water media abstract paintings and of Japanese ink drawings; and 4) Being an Animal Lover and a person who needs to be nourished out in nature. These states of Being come to me naturally as an Individualist who is an observer of life, a deep thinker, and yet a person who embraces life with her whole heart. I am reminded of the story about pottery in Japanese culture where if a vessel gets broken, it is mended with gold and becomes even more treasured for its healed imperfect wholeness. My journey has been like that. I have been broken. I have been healed. I am here to offer that wisdom. I am a storyteller. Let me help you tell your story.
