Photo Experience:
Worked for three different professional photographers as an Assistant. Also worked as a photographer with three portrait studios in Portland, OR. Maintained my own photography business for five years doing predominantly portrait and product work.
Graphics Experience: Graphic Designer (advertising) for two daily newspapers plus freelance work creating newsletters, brochures, posters, logos, business identity packages, etc. Three years as Graphic Designer for Edible magazine, doing layout, copywriting and photography.
Chef Experience: Twenty-five years professional cooking experience in restaurants, hotels, film sets, photo workshops, a cattle ranch, an Alaskan charter fishing business and a large winery. Taught cooking classes and food/wine pairing classes. Ran a Personal (home) Chef business on the side and also did occasional wedding catering for several years.
