I first started writing when I was a Project Manager in a medium sized business that dealt closely with Mental Health. It had always been a passion of mine to write, and since I was in charge of my own personal development this is what I decided to do. Write, passionately.
From there I took my passion and fused it together with my job skills and took them into the online world, primarily focusing on relationships and mental health. Since then I've had my work showcased on The Huffington Post, The Good Men Project, Thrive Global, and a variety of other publications.
I have recently expanded my work into Business & Management, seo, content marketing, and growth hacking because I have become familiar with these industries over the last four years of self-employment. I enjoy what I do.
