Raynor Roberts started his education career in August 2000 after his service in the United States Army. Raynor has served in many educational roles that have ranged from high school English teacher, principal, corporate trainer, university lecturer, academic coordinator, consultant, and pedagogue. He has trained thousands of educators in best teaching practices throughout the world. Through his relationships with several American universities, Raynor currently offers a recognized TESOL certification program in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Over 400 teachers are graduates of this well-acclaimed program. Mr. Roberts's academic achievements include a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the Virginia Military Institute (USA); a Master's of Arts degree in Educational Leadership from Fort Hays State University (USA). He is currently a doctoral candidate studying Instructional Design and Technology at Liberty University (USA). Currently, Raynor serves at the Managing Partner of The Academic Partnership, LLC. The Academic Partnership, LLC, is an educational consultancy that advocates for educational organizations' needs by supporting teachers, students, and leadership. Raynor believes an educator's primary responsibility is to provide opportunities for learners to experience self-efficacy through exploring their higher ordered thinking.
