Over twenty years, Ricardo Santa Cruz has built a name for himself as a business leader throughout Mexico. He is Founder, President and CEO of RSC Development and has leveraged his expertise to create luxury land developments along the pacific coast of Mexico. Ricardo attended the University of Colorado at Boulder and completed the AD2 Program through IPADE Business School. He is a dual citizen and fluent in English and Spanish.
