Roger Kavigan

Roger Kavigan has been an active volunteer in his community. He has worked with organizations like Habitat for Humanity, and various food banks. Roger Kavigan was also a board member of the Rose Park Neighborhood Association and was a member of the Public Safety Advisory Committee for the City of Long Beach.
