I currently work in my home office as a Customer Care Manager for a US fitness equipment company. I am looking for part-time employment for extra income and am also open to a permanent position in the future if any are available at that time.
I love the freedom of working from my home. I believe that hiring at home workers saves money for companies and I am fortunate enough to enjoy the opportunity that I have.
My job consists of contacting customers, manufacturers and our employees on a daily basis. I schedule appointments, research: pricing, availability and installation information on parts. I also, do Bill Collecting and Account Reconciliation, etc.
I am very fond of this job and I am learning different aspects of the industry. I desire a part-time position because I work for a small company and the pay is sometimes inconsistent. Therefore, it is wise for me to obtain additional employment.
