Samvit holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration with specialisation in Information Systems. He is a GNIITian. His total work experience of 17+ years covers two industries– IT and BPO. This includes approximately 10 years in the IT industry. He kick started his career in 2002 with a small scale IT company as a software developer (trainee) and was promoted to the position of Systems Executive in 2003. He has played a significant role in planning, developing, testing and bug-fixing of various software projects including an ERP prototype. In 2003, he moved to Wipro BPO and was promoted to SME/Technical Facilitator in Dec 2006. While in Wipro, he acquired hardware troubleshooting skills for Dell Desktops, Laptops and Wireless systems. He has been among the top 5% performers in Wipro BPO and awarded on multiple occasions .He has helped to improve C-Sat and resolution scores for outlier teams. He has written several articles for Wipro Blogosphere. Samvit joined CSC in April 2009 as Service Delivery Coordinator in Change Management and was rewarded on several occasions. He has automated various reports, imparted training, documented procedures and identified areas of improvement. He is a creative , self-motivated, quality-driven individual possessing scientific temperament and a keen interest in diverse subjects. His current interest areas include big data analytics, python programming and digital art via code.
