I am a wordsmith and an educator. No matter what my "job" is, I find a way to clarify concepts, and I use the written word as one of my main tools. I taught for over 20 years--first in a college classroom and then in a homeschool classroom. During those years, I published teaching units, wrote a newspaper column, and edited an educators' resource directory, all of which helped students or teachers to learn or teach better. When my teaching years officially ended, I turned to online marketing, composing marketing copy and writing blog posts to explain real estate concepts or highlight my adventures in the sharing economy.
I'm convinced the words are powerful. I love a good word game, because it allows me to sharpen my tools. I am well organized and--thanks to some time-management experience--a real stickler for working efficiently and meeting deadlines.
My expertise lies in the areas of marketing, residential real estate, and educational nonfiction. I am very involved in Airbnb hosting and volunteer work as well.
