This email was one of many targeted emails to a specific segment of the customer base who use A3 and A5 handsets. The Samsung Tone of Voice was flexed slightly for these comms to reflect the younger audience group.

My article put the spotlight on one ground-breaking charity who are helping refugees in London find meaningful employment and make a valuable contribution to our country.
