Dynamic, Narrative-Driven Copy About Writing, Spirituality, and Creative Entrepreneurship

My five years of experience working as a copy editor for a variety of universities, environmental agencies, literary magazines, and businesses have honed my professionalism, versatility, and knack for working under deadline. Three of those years were also spent as a writing coach to college students, who knew to request me by name when they needed help writing that glowing cover letter or surefire grad school admissions essay. While my diverse editorial background makes me capable of editing a wide assortment of copy, book manuscripts and application materials are still my favorites.

In addition to my editorial work, I am a freelance book reviewer, romance novel ghostwriter, and blogger. I love writing chatty, informational blog posts, and I've been told a have a knack for mimicking brand voice to a tee. My areas of copywriting expertise encompass the worlds of writing and publishing (my current position as an acquisition editor at a publisher gives me exclusive access to news and trends), side hustles and career development, and pop culture. I'm also excited about any opportunity to write or edit copy about faith, since it's a topic I've explored in my own life as a minister in interfaith spaces, Millennial spirituality blogger, and postgraduate scholar of world religions.

I'm looking forward to bringing your aspirations for your editorial order, blog post, or ebook to fruition!
