I’m Sarah Pickerill, a design professional adept at transforming business objectives into visually-arresting, targeted communications that get results. I have many years experience with motion graphics creation, video production, UI/UX web design, print design, photography and project management. My industry experience includes work with automotive, healthcare, commercial real estate, and non-profit organizations.
I started my career in print design, working in print shops and other companies as part of their in-house marketing teams. Not long after starting out in this profession I expanded my skills in interactive design, web development, and video editing. During the past 10 years I have created a number of videos for clients that I’m proud to show in my portfolio. Around 2010 I really started to understand the process of UX design and the importance of user centered design. I stay motivated by experimenting with new ideas and trying new techniques in all the things I do.

Let’s get personal I have a YouTube channel and a blog where I talk about screen printing and sewing projects and do a little teaching as well. It’s a great way to document what I’ve been doing with these hobbies and is a lot of fun to build an audience and engage with the rest of the maker community.
