A look at Utah's Wasatch National Forest and some of the many backcountry camping areas it features, along with a call for hikers to "Take only photographs, and leave only footprints."
An informative article about back country camping and the gear necessary to enjoy it. This article was challenging in that I had to fit much information into a small word count, though it was also fun writing about one of my passions!
A short, informative post about the health benefits of being a pet parent, as well as a call to adopt a rescue pet.
The first in a series of quarterly articles I write for Pet Companion magazine. The articles are based upon my experiences traveling full-time in an RV with a beloved terrier, and includes tips and things to know about doing so yourself. These are articles which I enjoy writing, since they are about someone I love--my dog! I'm sure the enthusiasm comes through in my writing for this very reason.
Being an avid MTB rider myself, this one was fun for me. I was able to enjoy writing from the standpoint of "one of the dudes," which, while I can write in nearly any voice, tends to be how I am most comfortable.
A fun look into the world of summertime fitness and how to be physically prepared for a fitness vacation. Meant to inspire readers to change up their summer vacation plans to include activities which are both fun, and will keep them in shape.
This was a fun one for me, since the client asked me to go from the personal experience of my running and meditating, and then back it up with helpful information on exercise and meditation for the reader. This is also a long-term client who enjoys my writing enough to continue asking me back for guest posts, which in itself is highly rewarding. More than anything, this article combined two things which I love doing--namely, writing and running--which I think you will agree adds nicely to the flow of the article!
An ongoing series of articles for a client's fitness boxing gym which is helping him gain more members. Since I myself am an avid workout junky, these are not only fun for me to write, but as you can see by reading them, my enthusiasm shows. Naturally, everything is well researched and care is taken to provide accurate information, particularly when pertaining to exercise physiology.
An article I did for a recurring client meant to both inform readers of what HGH is and how it can benefit us, as well as the pro's and con's of using the HGH inducing supplement Serovital. Having myself once experimented with a similar product, I was able to use a combination of my firsthand knowledge, along with my CAREFUL and ACCURATE research to bring the client an expertly written and informative article.
Another of a series of articles and reviews I wrote for this client. Not only does this one deal with snoring, but also has some brief insight into menopause, what causes it, and its effects on snoring and sleep apnea. Nearly everything you see on this site was written by me over the course of a few short weeks, and I did not miss a single deadline (as usual!).
An article I did for my own blog. I based it on my findings during my 5+ years experience in the natural health and beauty industry, and it ties together my passion for both human and environmental health. It has also been responsible for many views of my site!
One of many articles I did for HealthySleepy.com, which includes a multitude of articles on snoring, as well as reviews of anti-snoring devices. All was done under tight deadline of only a few weeks!
An informative post about what the pescatarian diet is, its advantages to both human and environmental health, and how it compares to other diets.
