I’m a multimedia writer and editor with extensive experience as a journalist, a knack for community outreach and a passion for storytelling. I specialize in content strategy, SEO, audience development, public relations and social media.

My work has appeared in Angie's List magazine and AngiesList.com, as well as the Huffington Post and AOL.com.

I worked as a local editor for Patch.com, AOL’s network of hyperlocal news sites.My roles included reporter, writer and editor, covering everything from local government to community news, crime and breaking news. I went on to manage 11 local news sites in the Chicago area, overseeing content and social media presence for each community. I'm a Chicago-area native with a love of travel, books and Chicago sports.
