I write for the food industry because I understand the dynamics of food-to-table. I come from an agricultural background and worked in restaurants for many years.
Also, the food industry is vast, providing me the opportunity to write on varied topics -- from imported pizza ovens to organic micro-greens...from brokered seafood to food waste. If I'm writing food-related content, I'm inspired.
