Shellie is a professional content developer and writer. She enjoys writing about a variety of topics some of which include travel, healthy lifestyles, fitness and mental health. She has a Bachelor degree in health and a Masters Degree in Counseling. Exceptional, versatile writing; editing; proofing; and administrative assistance all wrapped up in one great package!

It seems my whole adult life has been spent in the fast lane; home, work, church, fun, travel, etc. One thing that I have dabbled in is writing. I have written a few articles, blogs, poetry, and many technical papers (through work). This writing, creating a story, helps to slow down things in my life. It is a quiet place where I can immerse myself in the story, the words, the fonts, the layouts. It is something I really enjoy.

Wilson Travel Writing (WTW) was born out of an opportunity to go to Italy on a contract job to write several proposals. This opportunity was exciting – it combined two of my favorite things – travel and writing. It was pretty much in the fast lane, but a great experience.

WTW has evolved into a place where I can write what I want and entertain short-term writing contracts that I like. I don’t take on too many contracts at once because I like to focus on the project at hand and give it my best.

One of my best skills is versatility. I can write about any topic – nothing intimidates me and I like doing research. This works very well with many of my clients who have a variety of topics for which they need articles. I have written many short light hearted articles along with the longer, more scientific type.

Maybe you need someone to write for you…here is a list of my specialties:

Short articles (500-1500 words)
Mid-sized articles (1500-3000 words)
E-books (6,000 – 10,000 words)
Short stories
Resumes & cover letters
Technical papers
