Thank you for taking the time to read my personal Bio. I am a Qualified Usui Reiki Master, Herbalist, Kinesiologist, and Alchemist. I owned a Health and Wellness magazine for about 15 years named Link-up Health and Wellness and have experience in all of the above content that I typically create. I enjoy content writing, as my life has been anything but normal. From being a Helicopter Pilot, to doing Modelling for Extreme Models, working for steel companies, Pharmaceutical companies, and Flight Attendant for Gulf Air for 2 years flying and travelling the world. When I came back I worked on a Game farm as a manageress, as well as being Food and beverage manager to La Cave in Bahrain.

You see, my Philosophy has always been, that you have one life and that you should try and experience as much as possible. I am now focused on getting my full time career as a Content writer, Blogger, Article writer etc in a consistent harmonic pattern.

I am very creative and full of zest. Everything I do I apply my self wholeheartedly into, and find the best possible outcome.
