Sophia is a fourth-year student currently completing her Graduate Diploma of Psychological Science in Sydney, Australia. She is a soon mum-to-be with a passion for spreading support and education to all. Sophia has a passion for mental health, alternative mental treatments, environmental sustainability and strategies for minimalist living. She also cares deeply for global and social issues, mostly regarding women and children.
