Born and raised in Flint, Michigan has not been the easiest. Despite the hardships that are obvious, Stephanie Bailey has kept a positive attitude and a desire to share that positive outlook through her writing. Although writing children’s books is her passion, creating any story that will uplift, encourage or enlighten someone is what drives her to write.
Stephanie spent the first 30 years of her career as a graphic designer in the Commercial Sign Industry but wrote as often as she could on the side. While attending the University of Michigan – Flint, she took a creative writing class and her spark for writing turned into an inferno.
In her free time, Stephanie and her husband are avid outdoors-people. Hunting, fishing, golfing and enjoying time outside with their 2 dogs Riley and Alli are a few items on the list of things enjoyed.
