I worked for 15 years in local government before taking the plunge and doing what I have always dreamed of. And that is to be a full time writer. I love creating content and have worked with various authors over the years to help market their work, using my blog and social network to do so. I have over 500 followers on my blog and over 4000 followers on Twitter - this helps me to engage with a whole host of people, bringing healthy traffic to the posts that I create.
I am also a photographer and I have run my own business for the past 10 years, offering photography services for weddings, etc. I am happily married and have two young boys, living within the West Midlands.
I recently undertook some work experience via the Express and Star, where I collected information for stories. I came away with two by-lines which I am very proud of.
