She’s a journalist, content marketing writer and multimedia content producer who has contributed to a long list of trade, custom and consumer publications, both print and digital. She is also a radio and television host, news anchor and producer, with experience in marketing, promotions and media relations. Her areas of expertise include health and healthcare, celebrities, lifestyle, travel, pets and business. Steph also produces accompanying audio podcasts and videos for her clients.

Print/Digital: Her health and healthcare writing has appeared in AARP Bulletin, Web MD, Momentum (MS), Neurology Now, Heart Insight, PT in Motion (APTA), Arthritis Today, Spirit of Women, bp (bipolar) magazine, Schizophrenia Magazine, SZ Magazine, Anchor Magazine (depression), esperanza (anxiety and depression) magazine, Sky, Southwest Airlines’ Spirit, Lupus Now, HemAware, on Monster.com, Scripps Networks Interactive and many more. Multimedia: She is the creator, writer, executive producer and host of the online health and lifestyle multimedia series targeted to women, www.MindYourBody.tv. Content includes 80+ videos, along with audio podcasts and blogs that appear on her own website, while videos also play on YouTube and via AOL/On syndication. Right now, combined views exceed 650,000. Stephanie has developed a TV show and her pilot is being offered now: “It’s About Time.”

Education: Steph has a Master’s degree in journalism and business from New York University and a B.A. in communications, cum laude, from Wake Forest University and City University of London, U.K. She’s a member of the American Society of Journalists and Authors (ASJA), Association of Health Care Journalists (AHCJ), Women in Film (WIF) and Academy of Television Arts & Sciences (Emmy).
