• Managing Room Reservation, Safari Bookings, Sightseeing and Transfer Services.
• Maintaining Guest’s Database, Record of Advance payments, Credit limit for Selected Companies.
• Participate in Travel Trade Fairs to get an intrinsic knowledge of travel market.
• Prompt and Effective Communication via E-mail, Telephone & Social Media.
• Implementation of Hotel Policies, Promotional Offers, & Special Rates.
• Arrangement of Corporate Meetings, Conferences, cocktail parties & musical events.
• Responsible for maintaining B2C Rates and Inventory flawlessly across all Online Portals.
• Strategically managing rates positioning within comp set reviewed in daily sales call.
• Follow methods of optimum selling by creating Sale Promotions through mailers, campaigns, and special deals on online portals and maintaining rate disparity at the same time.
• Manage annual contract of special rates to travel agents and their categorisation based on volume of business.
• Consistently maintain pricing strategy according to the period of high and low demand in order to increase Occupancy, ADR and Rev Par.
• Analyze change in market trends and fulfil customer demands to increase revenue over benchmark.
• Proper Communication with Sales & Marketing Team and co-ordination with other departments like Accounts & Front Office.
• Monitor & Co-ordinate VIP & Group Check-ins and Check-outs.
• Develop and maintain effective business relationship with Travel Agents, Corporate Companies, Repeat Clients.
• Supervising the Reports – Flash Report, Occupancy Forecast, BOP Report, Segment-wise and Category-Wise Revenue Report, Day End Report.
• Provides and ensures high quality guest services. Receives and resolves guest complaints in a manner consistent with company policy and SOPs.
• Dealing with Guest’s Feedback and managing comments on social networking sites and online portals.
