Tan Sri Alex Ooi

Real estate developer, Tan Sri Alex Ooi, is one of the most prominent industry figures in Malaysia. He has received the nickname, the Penang Condo King and is responsible for the contribution of 25,000 commercial and residential units developed throughout Penang Island, as well as public amenities like community complexes and schools on the island. He is the founder of Ideal Property Group which was established in 2001.
