Tara is a Southern California native, currently residing in Orange County. She has a BA in Business Administration, and is now pursuing a Certificate in Creative Writing from UCSD. While her day-job duties have focused primarily in accounting, she has a true passion for mental health and self-improvement. Having battled anxiety and depression since adolescence, it's her hope to help others in their journey to living a better life through a community of understanding and support.
