Writing with the emphasis on Business Development, Marketing, and Perfecting Customer Service
I have hands on experience as Customer Service Management, Director of Marketing and Sales, Communications Specialist, and several other areas of supervision and management positions. I have learned the good, the bad, and the ugly in customer interactions, and I know how to handle difficult situations. I have been the head of marketing campaigns including online presence and advertising. Additionally, I have experience in brand development, and business development. In addition to all of this, I have real experience in the world of mechanics, retail, medicine, sales, and construction which help to shape and add depth to my content. I am currently an Active Duty Army Soldier. That being said, I am on an extremely flexible schedule which will allow me to promptly reply, develop products, and continuously communicate with my clients.
