Tiffani Douglas is an author, speaker, marketing consultant, and licensed nail technician with over 20 years experience in the beauty, wellness and marketing industries.

A graduate of the University of Kentucky, Tiffani worked as a manicurist to obtain her Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism, with a concentration in strategic marketing. After college, she went on to work in corporate America as a marketing and media professional​ but remained connected to her roots in the beauty and wellness industries.

Later, she began consulting beauty professionals in the areas of marketing, branding, ​and professionalism, which sparked an idea to write two e-books, Social Media Marketing: A Guide for Beauty Professionals and Are You a True Beauty Professional– 7 Practical Steps to Being More Professional, Upgrading Your Business and Increasing Your Revenue. In 2016, Tiffani released her first published book, Straight Outta Beauty School - 10 things you should know and do after graduation. She plans to release Straight Outta Beauty School Too! in 2018.

Tiffani is a freelance writer for NAILS Magazine, NAILPRO Magazine, ​and MiladyPro. She recently signed on with Milady/Cengage to co-author a new cosmetology textbook​ and is a frequent speaker at local cosmetology schools, shows, ​and events.
