I’m an independent journalist and documentary field producer from California. I focus on science, health, drug policy, biology, and more. My reporting and criticism have appeared in Smithsonian, Discover, Undark, The Outline, VICE, Motherboard, The Fix, LA Weekly, Phoenix New Times, and many others. I’ve helped produce documentaries for Fusion, AJ+, NBC, Golf Digest, and BNN.
