What Are My Background Basics?
It started a long time ago over 78 years to be exact. I come from a lineage of teachers in my family, so teaching and training is in my DNA.
My Resume and Career Development experience in and completed American Writers and Artist Institute (AWAI) Resume Writing program. That was back in 2008, since then I have written a series of short articles about resumes in one of the largest black owned college sites HBCU since 2016 on my own personal blog.

I have been in the Training industry as far back as I can remember. I worked at a major telecommunications company doubling duty as a Trainer in Retail Customer Service. So, training is very common to who I am. Whether it is training in Customer Service, Manufacturing, Health Care, or Public Safety or any capacity in the field, I understand Training and Development.
