Having worked in the content marketing industry for more than 7 years, I've been on the receiving end of a lot of online content. I've also faced many of the issues that lead people to crawl towards Google Search to find solutions for their problems.
About 90% of the content I come across is a generic regurgitation of other content out there. This is why I now seize every day as an opportunity to provide genuine value to readers through freelance writing.
My experience across a variety of industries means that my content comes from a real place. My natural flair for writing is just an added bonus.
Speaking of bonuses, my experience leading the content marketing function at companies like LinkedIn, Schneider Electric and Finder doesn't hurt either. SEO is my bread and butter, and there's nothing I love more than seeing my work crawl its way up in the rankings.
I also happen to know what it takes to get it there.
