Scientific thinking meets creative communications
One of the major challenges for any business is ensuring the goal posts don't shift in ways that compromise the bottom line. In construction, "scope creep" can be a major problem, so I combined research, interview and industry trends to write a useful and readable article on the topic.
This article started with me wondering, "why don't we see more people who use wheelchairs working in retail?". Turned out that was a very important question to ask, as it revealed some valuable insights about how we design and work within our buildings and why inclusiveness and accessibility really matter.
