Yvonne Montoya

I've worked as a freelance reporter for The Fremont News-Messenger in Fremont, Ohio. I wrote articles about the people and events around the community. Topics included: education, city hall, local business, entertainment, and crime. I was also a writer for Hollywood & Vine magazine. I wrote articles about the entertainment industry, and brainstormed magazine content. I also edited, and proofread manuscripts. I have a B.A. in English and a background in film production where I produced low budget feature films and shorts. I worked for a nonprofit called Breaking Into Hollywood as a program director, booking speakers, and helping develop and implement online and offline marketing and public relations strategies.
