Spanish - English bilingual Japanese Translation Student
Hello,
I'm Zahra, a Spanish-English bilingual student. I am currently on the last months on completing my 4-year BA (Double Honours) in Translation and interpreting in Japanese and Spanish at University of East Anglia. I have just come back from my year abroad in Yokohama, Japan. This experience provided me with a great understanding of the language and culture of Japan.
I have done internships in the language field, such as, teaching english at a Japanese high school and teaching Spanish at Lowestoft Ormiston Denes Academy.
I am not yet to be specialised into any category but look forward to gaining experience before I graduate.
I interpret from Spanish into English and vice versa. As for Japanese, I do not have great experience interpreting formal situations from Japanese into English. If I am given the opportunity to practice I would be more than happy to provide my services in this field and prove my knowledge in the language.
