I hold a Bachelors degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Maryland at College Park. While the focus of my degree program was literature and literary criticism, a good chunk of my program consisted of course that overlapped with sociological theory of marginalized groups (such as 21st Century African American Literature, Feminist Critical Theory, and Theories of Sexuality in Literature).
