I am a writer and watercolor artist from Minnesota. My main writing interests are environmental and health topics. I have published seven books including one fiction title. I have been actively involved with conservation projects. In 2000, I was awarded the Kentucky Colonel title by the state for my volunteer work at Mammoth Cave National Park.

I have published six non-fiction books and one fiction title including "101 Things to Do on Lake Minnetonka, " "How to Achieve Your Fitness and Wellness Potential," and "All Things Are Edible Once." I am currently a writer and team leader for Word Agents.
